1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ccc666 platform.

• You must not have had a previous ccc666 account that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

ccc666 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4. Account Registration & KYC

To access the full features of the ccc666 platform, you must complete the registration process and pass KYC verification. The following conditions apply:

• You may hold only one (1) active account on ccc666. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these terms.
• KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). ccc666 may request additional documentation at its discretion.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ccc666 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify ccc666 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].
• ccc666 reserves the right to suspend account access pending completion of KYC verification, particularly before processing withdrawal requests.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ccc666 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• ccc666 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the platform. Available methods may change without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the platform at the time of the transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ccc666 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• ccc666 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status.
• Deposits made using bonus funds or promotional credits may be subject to specific withdrawal restrictions as outlined in the Bonuses & Promotions section.
• ccc666 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues outside our control.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ccc666 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ccc666 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Any bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• ccc666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, ccc666's decision shall be final and binding.

7. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the ccc666 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ccc666 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under specific game or sport rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, ccc666 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. ccc666's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final.

• ccc666 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets from players suspected of advantage play or arbitrage betting.
• Winnings from bets placed with real-money funds will be credited to your account balance in PHP. Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are subject to the applicable bonus terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ccc666 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform. Any such issues must be reported to ccc666 support immediately.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. ccc666 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the platform or negatively affects other players' experience.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the ccc666 platform's software or security systems.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ccc666 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of ccc666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ccc666 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from ccc666.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Use any ccc666 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.

Any unauthorized use of ccc666's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ccc666 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if ccc666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service providers.

ccc666's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ccc666 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Responsible Gaming

ccc666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through their account settings at any time.
• Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion period through ccc666 support.
• Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion. Once activated, permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period as specified in our Responsible Gaming Policy.
• ccc666 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• ccc666 will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to open a new account. If a self-excluded player circumvents exclusion measures, any winnings accrued during the exclusion period may be forfeited.

12. Termination

ccc666 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.
• Your request for account closure.

Upon termination for cause, ccc666 reserves the right to withhold any funds in your account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, remaining real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ccc666 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to any pending transactions or investigations.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the ccc666 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, players may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution channels.

14. Amendments

ccc666 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ccc666 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ccc666 platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
